Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed merchandise in its original packaging. If your new boots or apparel aren't the perfect fit, we make the exchange and return process simple and efficient.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original Merrell shoebox or packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box with the prepaid label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
